Order Confirmations

You will receive successful order confirmation with Invoice/Order number via email - ensure your email address is correct when checking out or signing up. You will also receive tracking information by email once the order has been dispatched.


Your Correct Delivery Address is important!

You are the best person who can ensure Your address is correct. Our system automatically sends your order to our warehouse with the address that you enter, we will address your parcel in the same way that you provide it us.

Please ensure your address is correct and only contains the essential information. For example, your address should read the same as your electricity or gas bill.


If you are unsure on how to write your address, then contact us first and we can direct you. Postcodes can contain up to 15 different suburbs, ensure you list your correct suburb.

Only include the essential details. Return to sender is not free so should your parcel be returned to us due to an improper address, then you as the buyer must pay for the return shipping both ways or should a refund be requested upon arrival back to our warehouse then the return shipping, on top of any restocking fees and original freight paid will come out of the refund.

Add extra suburbs for example 'Frenchville, ROCKHAMPTON' or 'Blacktown, SYDNEY'


Can I pick up?

You sure can ! Some items can be picked up from our Marrickville NSW 2204 warehouse. Please contact us before with the list of items you want and we will let you know if its possible. Some items come from other areas and will need to be dispatched to you


How long will delivery take?

Stock Items 2 -10 business days

Custom Items 1 weeks to 8 weeks

You should allow to 2-10 business days for most of our immediately available items to be delivered to you. Check your tracking number to see if you have multiple boxes. Sometimes not all parcels are delivered together.


Custom items that require more work than picking off a shelf will take longer. If you are ordering a custom tie or product from us then please read the time frames on the product or give us a call or email.


Holidays here and abroad can affect the delivery of your item depending on where we are sending your parcel to, as well as the performance of postal services which we cannot control. We cannot be held liable for late deliveries due to postal service.

The majority of items are sent from our Australian Marrickville NSW location, in the event that we dispatch from another location you account online will be updated with tracking information for your other parcel.

Where is My Tracking number?

Your tracking number will be located online in your account once you are logged in. Your tracking number will be within your order.

Some items which are not shipped from our Marrickville warehouse may not update automatically with a tracking number.


Delivery Time Frames

Most items are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse located in Marrickville NSW 2204.

We provide an estimation of when you will receive your parcel on the product page OR You can use Australia posts delivery calculator to your own postcode here

Items not shipped from our Sydney warehouse may take a little longer.

Customised items like ties and scarves will take longer due to the extra manufacturing time


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on your location and order contents. Some items have free shipping. You will get a shipping cost prior to paying and an estimated shipping cost will appear on the product.

International shipping for almost all of our products is available including customised neckwear and scarves.

What if I have particular delivery instructions? 

Australia post cannot cater for very specific instruction other than Authority to leave. If you have a very particular delivery requirement please consider organising your own courier. Contact us before your place the order so we may collaborate with you.

Here are some recommend delivery options for you that you can book yourself for door to door.


Contact us first to get your box dimensions and weights so you can complete your own pick up.


Call before Delivery / Can the Courier call me?

Unfortunately we don't have any options for the courier to call you prior to your delivery. If you need this then consider organising your own courier to pick up from us.
