From idea to finished product

A structured approach to neckwear design and manufacturing, ensuring every detail aligns with your organisational identity and quality standards.

01

Enquiry & Brief

Begin by sharing your requirements. We discuss products, expected quantities, approximate timelines and your organisation's branding guidelines.

02

Design Development

Our design team creates bespoke artwork concepts. We refine patterns, colours and material specifications until the vision is correctly captured.

03

Quotation

We provide detailed pricing based on your selected designs and quantities, ensuring full transparency before any commitment is made.

04

Sampling

Physical samples or pre-production proofs are manufactured. This allows you to verify the weave, handle and colour accuracy of the final product.

05

Final Approval

Once the sample is reviewed and signed off, we finalise all production specifications and prepare for wholesale manufacture.

06

Production

We manufacture your approved order in wholesale quantities, following strict quality control measures developed over four generations.

07

Delivery

Finished products are carefully inspected, packed and dispatched to your location, completing the journey from concept to reality.

Before we begin

Minimum order quantities

As a wholesale manufacturer, we require minimum quantities starting from 50 units for most silk and polyester neckwear items. Metalware items can start from 100 units in most cases.

Artwork

We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) for logos or specific patterns to ensure maximum clarity in the final weave or print. Please note, minimum tolerances for text heights and logo detailing apply. If your design does not meet these requirements, Ensign will assist you in making the necessary adjustments.

Sampling

Physical samples incur a setup fee, which is charged at time of sampling. Setup fees vary by product and material.

Lead times

Average production times are typically 3 weeks for sampling, and 4 weeks for delivery after the sample is approved. These times can vary depending on project  complexity and volume.
